Get To Know Me
Based in Coral Springs, FL, via telehealth,
I offer therapy to an array of clients.
As a licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Addictions Professional,
I have worked in treatment centers for over a decade and have transitioned to private practice in the last 4 years.

I have training in EFT, though I also use CBT, DBT, solution focused, client centered therapy, and psychoeducation a lot in my practice.
I enjoy working with adults and specialize in addiction, neurodivergence, and women's issues. I also enjoys working with couples.
I am a lifelong Floridian (though proudly born in Colombia). I am married to my husband of 14 years and have two incredible young sons- they are my world.

My Approach
As a licensed therapist I know my purpose is to guide, motivate, and empower clients to become a better version of themselves. My work is to facilitate positive changes by asking the right questions and being curious, essentially seeking truth. Truth is integral to genuine and lasting change and that is why it is at the heart of this counseling private practice.

My job is to help illicit personal growth for clients
I work with, by educating and encouraging them to look within themselves for answers they may have previously neglected. In my work, I aim to help clients become more self aware, identify their emotions, and apply coping skills towards life issues.

I am passionate about supporting people, and am determined to ensure that all my clients experience a respectful, safe, and genuinely caring environment.

I believe that therapy can be fun. It can be both enjoyable and productive. Therapy is a journey worth taking because a better you is worth the time and energy it will take, every-time.
