Counseling Process
I strive to allow the therapeutic process to unfold organically, while also encouraging clients to set goals they can practically work towards. There is no judgement in session and every part of the process is client led.

Once mutual trust is built my clients and I collaborate to identify and address their unique needs. Throughout the process I am always dedicated to providing professional and compassionate counseling that empowers the client on their way to emotional well-being.

I believe in the importance of holistic well being and incorporate it into my counseling.

In therapy you will hear me say to clients, "Let's discuss your MEDS", by this I mean let's look together at lifestyle factors to comprehensively target better quality of life. The acronym below is valuable to my clients.

I strongly feel that in order to treat mental health we have to acknowledge the basic pillars of overall health (MEDS). By addressing at these aspects we can engage in new ways to feel better, and talk therapy can only further compliment those beneficial changes.
