Neurodivergence (ADHD/AUTISM)

This area of expertise hits close to home for me. I have a foundational awareness and education into neurodivergence that has been cultivated personally and professionally. I keenly understand how neurotypes like ADHD or Autism can cause both great strain in life but also possess great value if managed appropriately. I love to work with ADHDers and Autistics in order to help them unmask and begin to understand who they are more.

 

I believe our differences makes us better and greater- not less than. I work to help clients see how their brains at times struggle in this society, but through no reflection of a lack in effort, but merely the way they are wired.

 

Neurodivergent clients who work with me are encouraged to see that they need compassion, understanding, and often lack flexibility of thinking, certain skills, and self acceptance.
